They came over and did a quick inspection, kindly offered what actions to take and what to look out for. They also offered a deal with inspection + treatment. Price was a bit high (for inspection and the treatment) and I somewhat expected a more thorough inspection. Note: I did not move forward with the treatment (they had advised me to, I took a gamble given the situation) and have not had an issue in my apartment. They were really kind in keeping the bundle offer open for an extended time as I made my decision.
Gene came out to our house as quick as possible and did a great job securing our house from pests and our rodent problem. He never seemed like he was in a rush and we had a good conversation about the issue and other things. I would recommend them.
Odin pest control is a very good company. It is their techs that keep it going. Our tech Tony is excellent. He is always friendly, courtesy and always makes sure to ask us if we have any questions or concerns and if we do he has the answers. If you have roach problems like we did call and ask for Tony he has all the knowledge and will get it under control.
I love Odin! They are the best. They have really great and competitive prices. They always make you feel like a priority. I originally signed up with them through thumbtack. They were able to set up an appointment right away. They answer any questions you might have and know the best ways to keep the pests out of your home. Their technicians are some of the nicest guys you can meet in New York! Highly recommend them!
