Without a shadow of doubt, this is one of the best restaurants in the South. The food is innovative, dynamic, and elegantly highlights the best parts of traditional southern cuisine... while being just damn tasty. I dare you to not lick your plate. The drinks are complex and delicious, and the service is absolutely perfect-- I'm definitely biased, considering I'm friends with almost all of the staff, but... so is the rest of town! Odette has become my favorite place to eat in Florence. Each time is a unique experience. I love the fresh, local vegetables. The flavor they serve is astounding!

The decor is very cool and the food wonderful. I had the Rueben and my companion the burger. She fell in love with the home made ketchup and hand cut fries. Met a nice gentleman who gave us a local history lesson while waited, thanks. Definitely glad we stopped in.
