Phenomenally fresh & local foods, all made in house. This is exactly what the Shoals needed. Lunch was great, looking forward to going back for dinner.

My new favorite salad is the Mixed Greens with grilled chicken! The combination of pickled peaches, goat cheese, and roasted almonds is amazing! Delicious!
Specialty cocktails, vegan/gluten-free menus, bread and desserts made in-house, fresh and locally bought food products! Odette is an ideal restaurant. It's more casual than it appears.
