I came to the ER today with severe vomiting and lower pelvic pain. After being put in a room with no monitoring at all - not even blood pressure or fluids for my vomiting - I was ignored. 2.5 hours later, after multiple inquiries to the nurse, I was finally administered something for the nausea. The doctor /was asleep at his desk and nobody wanted to wake him/. This is the worst hospital ever. Not only the way I was treated after major surgery but the same goes for family members. I won't go back there. If something comes up and I am told I have to go there rather than MCH, I will go to Midland or Lubbock. Anywhere but Odessa Regional.
