I am extremely disappointed with Odessa Pumps. I tried calling them 25 times during normal business hours, and not once did anyone answer the phone. A company that can’t manage basic customer communication is unacceptable. If you can’t even reach them to ask a simple question or get support, it makes you question their reliability entirely. I will not be doing business with Odessa Pumps, and I do not recommend them to anyone looking for responsive service.
The lady at the front just picks up the phone and hangs it up. Doesn’t lead to a voicemail or anything. I got ahold of them, she transferred me, the line went dead. Called back 3 times and she just picked the phone up and hung it back up. New person needs to be the point of contact.
