The person on the phone name Jackie was exstreamly rude. She started off by taking the phone from a very nice young lady and started yelling that if I wanted to fill out my paper work online I would be charged $50 for being a new patient and kept talking over me repeatedly. I think this office forgets they are there for the public and not the otherway around. Very sad when you have such rude people as Jackie working with the public, it reflects on the Dr and MCH..
