My boyfriend had to come here for a minor surgery. Not being put under but working on his leg. Not only did they not offer any kind of medication to ease his anxiety, they offered literally nothing for the pain after surgery. Told him he could take regular OTC pain meds. Literal insanity. Then we get to the appointment and we are 15 minutes early because we are polite and they kept us waiting for over an hour!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a medical office!! My husband got a vasectomy at the end of January. They owe us over $600 because our insurance covered it. Still haven’t received our refund! Getting ready to file with the Texas Medical Board.
Excellent care, highly recommended. Dr. Mygrant is very kind and friendly; he takes the time to talk and explain everything to you.
