The person on the phone name Jackie was exstreamly rude. She started off by taking the phone from a very nice young lady and started yelling that if I wanted to fill out my paper work online I would be charged $50 for being a new patient and kept talking over me repeatedly. I think this office forgets they are there for the public and not the otherway around. Very sad when you have such rude people as Jackie working with the public, it reflects on the Dr and MCH.. Dr Shang did my colonoscopy can be daunting, so having a surgeon who takes the time to explain the process and follows up personally makes a world of difference. I give Dr Shang 5 star! My recovery went great. I recommend Dr Shang.
My boyfriend had to come here for a minor surgery. Not being put under but working on his leg. Not only did they not offer any kind of medication to ease his anxiety, they offered literally nothing for the pain after surgery. Told him he could take regular OTC pain meds. Literal insanity. Then we get to the appointment and we are 15 minutes early because we are polite and they kept us waiting for over an hour!!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced at a medical office!!
