For all I know this is a front company designed to rip off homeowners. Go ahead and try to contact an actual human being there. If I can't contact a person there soon, SLED will be called next.
They don't return e-mails, they don't return phone calls, they don't answer their phones and they are generally useless and misinformed on most topics. It is very frustrating to work with them.
This company gives the worst customer service of any that I have dealt with. They never return phone calls, they don't provide good communication, etc.
