I would recommend avoiding this company at all costs. They do not respond in a timely fashion and do not earn the money that they are paid. The CEO Jim is also condescending to customers and does not recognize that he is paid to work for the POA owners.
Odessa Companies is great!!! I have never had a problem with customer service, return phone calls or emails. Jim,Carly and Jillian are great to work with.

Jillian is always on top of things, and helps us whenever we have a question.
We have never had any trouble with Odessa. We can always get through to Carly at 843-856-8488 ex 308 she is our Assistant, and when we ask for something to get done, it is always done above our expectations and in a prompt fashion.

I am suprise they even have the nerve to have a merchant circle account because they are just setting themselves up to get ripped apart by all the homeowners they have wronged on a daily basis. It is hard to have fair votes on project concerning your neighborgood when half of the homeowners are development companies. I am constant getting hit up for money to do idiotic things even when I vote no just because my neighbors and my own votes don't make a dent votes of the development co. that own half the townhomes in my neighbo... read more
