Dr. Croucher, Dr. Scott, and the entire staff were so caring and understanding through the loss of our little puppy, Elka. They let me come and go to see her whenever I liked and catered to us when it came time to put her down. A true class act.
I love it my dog loves going there and she gets right on the table to be ck out .my dog acts like a kid in a candy store when we pull in there driveway she noes she and a safe place . I trust them with all my animals and livestock
Dr. Sean Croucher has been helping my husband and I and our chihuahua thru a difficult battle with cancer. While there is nothing more that can be done Dr. Croucher takes the time to answer my questions and provides a sympathetic ear when needed. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating to our needs as well, changing appointment times and working with us. We will definitely take our other chihuahua to OAC this summer for her shots! Thank you OAC for all you do!
Absolutely the most caring and friendly staff you could ask for. They went above and beyond to care for my dog Angel when she was in kidney failure. Couldn't ask for anything more and will continue to use them as well as donate funds to their shelter dog program.
I will not return to Odessa Animal Clinic again. I have 2 cats, one with special needs. We used the same vet for 13 years. My cats were well cared for, and while they didn't LIKE going to the vet, I have never had an experience like my last with OAC. 2 years ago our family moved. OAC was recommended by my mother, who has had all of her animals seen by Dr. Petticord before he left the practice. (They've apparently sold the practice and he's not an in office vet anymore.)
