I had a very scary morning with my lab Pepper. She had what appears to be her first seizure. Scared, upset and crying like a mess I called the clinic for help. They got me right in. Dr. Croucher took the time to answer my questions and examine Pepper. The entire staff was awesome. Thank you for getting us in and for taking the time to care for Pepper. We really appreciate it!
There's definitely compassion for those furry loves :)
Dr. Croucher was very nice and made sure we understood what the X-ray was showing, the blood work results, what he thought was wrong with our Bonnie and what needed to be done. He then called well after closing time to let us know how the surgery went and that it was exactly what he thought. He even made sure to tell us what would be taking place the next day or two before they would release her. Thank you Dr. Croucher and all the staff at Odessa Animal Clinic.
I've seen Dr Croucher perform surgery on a little dog. Amazing skill to operate, fix the problem and sew him up! They really love their work and their little (and big) patients!
Caring staff...clean, welcoming office...honest...I love and appreciate the care they have provided my family's cat.
