I ordered the Kolkata Biryani through Uber Eats. I don’t have a problem with the biryani itself—it was average. My issue is that it was not Kolkata Biryani. A proper Kolkata Biryani is fragrant, subtly spiced, and always includes the signature potato. This one had no potato, wasn’t aromatic, and even had curry leaves. Please stop calling this Kolkata Biryani. Call it whatever style of biryani it is, but not Kolkata Biryani. The food itself was average, but the misleading description was disappointing.

Tried the Samosa Wrap and Dal Makhani both were really good! The flavors were delicious, and everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Would definitely recommend trying them.

I love O-Desi, but this location is a let down to the brand. Unfortunately, it's a limited menu, which is understandable, but everything is pre-made and just sitting and waiting to be served in a bowl or on your plate. I chose the butter chicken and it was more sauce than meat, which was a disappointment, and a bottled water is $2.95--WOW. I will say the combo comes with rice, a side, samosa, your entree and another small app. which is an overall good value at $16.50, but I won't return. Very good curry and filling meal. The bottled water was a bit overpriced, but overall good experience.
