This is a family run business that does things the old fashioned way. There are pros and cons to that reality. My family has used the Robinson funeral home for generations. Our last experience was not the best. Ive lived on the Northside of Pittsburgh for 50 years and Odell Robinsons have been known by all in the community to provide the most professional, sympathetic and honorable services for generations. The Robinsons are a family business that treat the departed and their families..like family. So..I dont know what experience Annonymos may of had, but it sounds like a competitor. Because, anyone in Piittsburgh knows the generational-reputation of Odell Robinsons family.
This place Is very rude. No phone call by Sat to get the article of my Grandmother In the paper. No phone call back. And stood family up waiting for hours with no explaination of why he did not show. I would not recommend him to anyone. His father was very different
My experience with this place was very rude and unprofessional, especially during the time of the loss of my loved one!
