Had an appointment for my panther chameleon with Dr. Lisa Trout, and I gotta say I agree with all the reviews on here. The place was really wonderful, Dr. Trout was very thoughtful and gentle with a grumpy chameleon :). I felt as though I had all my concerns addressed clearly, and we've got a plan to help my guy get healthy again. We will be using this vet for our other reptiles if they ever need help. Thanks! Today I went to the Odd Pet Vet with my two degus- Buffy and Minnie. I saw Dr's Lisa Trout, and I loved her! She was very happy to see my pets and she was very informative, and I felt comfortable handing them afterwards. Most people do not know what a degu is, and she was well knowledged about them! Will definitely be back again if I am in need of a vet! The place is awesome, and it is great that the proceeds go towards the New England Wildlife Center. This weekend I had to ask Dr. Mertz a question and I was appreciated the fact he responded on a day off. I brouht my Beardie there maybe a year ago. She had a stroke, I did as dr mertz said and she's the biggest healthiest dragon ever. There awesome there ! Def recommend to others. Also I expected seeing as it was an odd pet the bill would be outrageous and I was very surprised at how low it was.
Dr. Trout was so amazing with my two ratties! Just what the doctor ordered. ;-)
Great place to visit to see all the wildlife being helped! My kids had a great time watching the students working on a huge turtle
