Called to make a order tonight. I was on hold for over 5 minutes decided to hang up and call back . Made my order said it would be 50 to 55 minutes to deliver. About 1.25 went by got my order. I got my pizza took a bit and noticed a brown medium hair on it. Then went to look at my other pizza and noticed a glob of hair on the other. Called and spoke to the supervisor on shift he was nice a refunded my money and gave me a gift card. But honestly probably won't return. Thank you for being an easy way to get some pizza and beer when I'm stuck at home. Customer service has been fantastic, thanks for letting me slide through at 9:02 I know now, no delivery after 9 ;).
Not often am I disappointed with Odd Moes but tonight I was. $38 on dinner is A LOT of money for us to spend and to have special instructions not followed and one of the pizzas be wrong didn't make us happy :(
Best pizza in town, food taste fresh and not processed. Also a lot of toppings and friendly service. Oh did I mention they also carry gluten free crust which tastes amazing!
