I was there this morning and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The staff were extremely rude to me, didn’t even let me finish my meal, and told me to leave the patio. Honestly, I don’t care whose patio it is — I came there because I was hungry and simply wanted to eat my food. The way I was treated was completely disrespectful and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience. I definitely would not recommend this place because of the terrible customer service.

My friends and I were sitting at an empty patio this morning. We got a couple coffees from Brio. A man approached us and asked us to leave. The patio was plenty busy for new customers. He only approached the Ukrainians at the table next to me and the table next to us. He was very rude and directly asked us to leave.
