The professionalism. in the way they treat an greet people. The way they are in the Valet dept. and how friendly they are. I have also ate there more then once as the food is hot and good.
very nice casino. staff welcomed our group had a very nice time. buffet was also very good.

We had a great time at the casino and hotel up until the day of check-out on 10/20/19. The hotel had a plumbing issue and we weren’t able to shower, brush our teeth, or anything requiring the use of water. At check-out I asked what the hotel was doing to compensate the customers for the inconvenience and was told “we can’t do anything for you”. great meal in the buffet! enjoyed walking around and playing some slots. Had a very nice evening.

We were there Saturday night for a promo invitation and when we got there, we were told that they had run out of gifts for the promo the day before. Then we went to have their prime rib dinner, and were told that they also had no prime rib ready to serve. The entire night was one big bust.
