Only giving three stars because Dr. Theriault has always been the best and has always treated my family with kindness and familiarity. It’s honestly my fault for scheduling an appointment again after they “lost” my appointment in 2024 even though I had a physical card with my appointment date and time but somehow they magically lost in in their system? The Federal Trade Commission enforces the Eyeglass Rule. It requires eye doctors — ophthalmologists and optometrists — to give patients a copy of their prescription – whether they ask for it or not. YOU SHOULD'T HAVE TO PAY $45.00 FOR YOUR PRESCRIPTION AFTER YOU PAID FOR YOUR EYE EXAM!!!! Bad business!!!! Do not use these people!!!!!
Very professional and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. This was my first visit and I have already scheduled my annual appointment for next year.
