Beware, unwritten policies and rude service They sold me on "progressive" lenses without saying anything about the downsides and that there would be no refund if I was one of the many people who don't adapt to wearing them. Their policy, which is not written anywhere and is never discussed ahead of time, is that they will change out the lenses but will not refund you the price difference for less expensive lenses. They were horribly rude about the whole issue. Unapologetic and impersonal.
Excellent & knowledgeable! The opticians are extremely knowledgeable in choosing the right products for my needs. They have a huge selection of beautiful frames it's so hard to choose just one! Ocutique is a one stop shop, you can have a complete eye exam at Syracuse Eye Center and then purchase your glasses or contacts right there at Ocutique! They make everything so easy!
