Staff is not very friendly especially the check in reps! The communication here is also very poor. The only good thing I liked about my son’s first visit here is Dr. Pucchia. She was very helpful and friendly. I wanted to know if I had to bring my son to pick up his glasses but I was on hold for almost 20 minutes and never got a representative. My Dr is very good. But some of the offuce staff doesn't seems to care. My must recent presctiption glasses brocke and I need a new prescription. So I called on the may 24, 2021 an requested it and never got it.
