Dr. Seegar did a awesome job on my cataract problems. He informed me, he guided me to a perfect solution and lastly he did the surgery. My results are stellar. I am so happy to have such good vision now. I just have to get use to not having to wear glasses anymore. Lol.
This office has lost it personal customer service that they had years past, they never answer their office phones, including the office manager in Webster, they have an old/out dated message that states all clients records have been transferred to electronic which “should” give the office staff more freed up time with calls/this is not true, Also, my last fitting/a year age was the worst experience ever, the woman was nasty and one a scale as 10 being the worst she would get an 11. Kudos to both Dr. Seeger and Optician Scott Davies. Dr. Seeger did both cataract surgeries, left eye about a month ago. Optician Scott provided lots of care and attention when reviewing my options for new eye glass lenses. Received excellent service today from Optician Dean Moore who replaced two eyeglass frame ear tips.
