This was my initial visit with OculusDocs. The office has a relaxing atmosphere and the staff was amazing- friendly, kind and informative. The visit itself was flawless from check in to check out. They even booked my appointment for next year and I don't have to think about it.
This place is by far a 5 star rating. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted by the staff and offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate or water while you check in. Chew is the best, she is kind, helpful and has superior customer service. I have been a patient of Dr. Cha for well over 10 years. She is fantastic. Very happy with my experience at OculusDocs. I was referred by a friend and they had great appointment availability. Office was beautifully maintained and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I've had contacts for years but was never super happy with them as my vision felt a little distorted and could always feel the contacts during the day.
