I was referred to Dr Patel by My Eye Doctor to have a stye removed. My vision had been greatly impacted by the stye on my eyelid & my eye doctor wanted me to have it removed. I was very much looking forward to being able to see well again out of that eye. Dr Patel did not review my chart and was very rude with me. She even pushed with quite a bit of pressure on my eye several times, which I was shocked at because the stye sits just under the surface of the eyelid. She told me she couldn’t help me. Dr Patel was fine. However, the front office staff was quite rude both when I made an appointment and on my visit. The environment of the office was quite surprising as it features cold sculpting in the lobby. Definitely not what I was expecting for an eye doctor s office. I would probably look for another option if I need help with my eyes again.
Dr Patel does beautiful work and has a great bedside manner.
My entire experience was amazing. I felt completely confident in my procedure and care throughout. I had a Blepharoplasty and Brow ptosis. They offered different options as far as going to a surgical center and being put under. To an out patient procedure with lite medication or a local. I chose in office with a local and couldn't be more pleased. They walked me through prior to each step and sent me home with very easy to follow directions. I appreciated the professionalism, pleasantness, and skill of Dr. Sitoli and his staff during my lower and upper eyelid surgery. I had all my questions answered in a timely manner and am 100% pleased with the results. Highly recommend!
