You definitely feel like a number here. My optometrist referred me to O&A after talking about a stye that had not gone away even after surgery performed already with an opthalmologist in DTC area. Here are my issues laid out. 1. This place is so busy with 3 people constantly in the waiting room. 2. I was seen 40 min by Dr. Patel AFTER checking in. Dr. Sumit Sitole and team were incredible from the first visit to my final visit. I began this journey not knowing what to expect, this caused me high anxiety, stress and fear. I met Dr. Sitole today for the first time. He was a true professional and provided me with detailed information about the recommended procedures. His team was friendly, caring, and everyone truely listened to my concerns. The facility is clean, updated, and welcoming. I appreciated Dr. Sitole's communication skills. Great eye contact, he asked open ended questions, and made sure I completely understood his recommended treatment before he left the room. I had a laser treatment here this morning and have nothing but GREAT things to say! The office is clean & inviting. The gal at the front was helpful and welcoming. Alison, my tech, was knowledgeable, good at what she did, and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable even though I have never had any treatments done like this. My skin already feels SO good!! Would recommend
