I now know how it feels to be cattle at an auction. Absolute worst front reception ever, staff yelling unintelligible names from doorways. I've given this place the benefit of the doubt far too many times, I won't be returning.
First time here and felt completely ignored by the ladies at the front desk. I saw a clipboard with a form to fill out. I asked one of the ladies if I fill this out first, and they ignored me. They did not even look up to acknowledge me. While I was waiting to register, I overheard people being told, it doesn't matter when their appointment is, they may still be waiting an hour to an hour and a half to be seen. That is poor management.
It’s only been 3 days since my second eye cataract surgery and I’m so happy with the results. Dr. Rayat is friendly, confident and skilled. He keeps your expectations realistic!
Dr Wong is so kind and thorough and really knows what he is doing. He is so patient and really cares.
