Poor doesn't even come close to describing this place. I would have given it zero stars but I don't think Facebook will allow me to do so. The only thing worse than the carwash is the customer service. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE!
I come here often and lately the customer service has been terrible. Today the manager or whoever he is just stood at the end of the car wash building with his arms crossed giving me the dirtiest look for absolutely no reason, creeped me the fuck out. And the man who dried the car didn't even let me know he was done with their usual tap on the car, he just walked away and I just sat there like an idiot until I got honked at. Never coming back.
Scratched my truck and slung grease on side. Cleaned grease off but didn't care about scratches. Stay away go to Walden Lake Carwash
First time visit and it was Terrible! We paid almost 40 dollars for a wash, tire shine and interior clean. The hood still had bug marks and there was water marks on various parts of the truck. What ever they used to clean the inside of the vehicle was smeared on the windshield and there was a rusty colored footprint on the floor mat that wasn't there before. Horrible, absolutely a waste of my money. Left dirt on my car in several areas, did not vacuum the inside, although I payed extra for a good clean and emphasized the vacuuming. . WILL NEVER GO BACK!
Half assed job! Paid $23.99 and they did a crap job! Should have done it myself and saved my money. My car was still dirty and the inside was def not vacuumed well at all!
