So this is the second vehicle of mine that they have damaged and refuse to take responsibility for. Shame on me for even going back. I guess I should have known better. No wonder they have such a low rating, between their below par car wash and the fact that they damage peoples vehicles. Ridiculous!!!
When you get your car washed and get home and notice that you have brake dust all over the rims!
Not impressed with this place. I took my Jeep in today to get a detail. I ended up rewashing my car and waxing it. I paid for the wax, but there was nothing on the car. I'll stick to my own car washes. I wish I could get my money back. What a waste.
Horrible! Spent $40 and my car is still filthy!! I'm at home wiping down my car now myself because of the horrible job they did!
After waiting an hour and paying 40 dollars my Jeep was still dirty inside and out. I understand it's not going to be perfect but they completely forgot to do my tires and then there was still grass and dirt on my floor mats. Then they wanted me to wait longer so they could redo it! Why create more work and an unsatisfied customer? Instead, you could have just charged me $20 and said you could not deliver the service I requested! Got a full detail here today and I couldn't be happier! They worked very hard on my explorer that I had neglected for a little bit and got it looking brand new again. I couldn't find a hair or piece of dust anywhere and not a spec on the car was untouched. Great job!
