Service was not good. Expensive car wash and they did not take the time to clean the interior. I will not be returning - I would recommend you go to a do it your self and save money
By far the worst carwash ive ever been to . I paid $22 for a wash which was terrible, these guys cant vacuum if their life depended on it! I took is back before even leaving site and showed them how terrible it was. I got the wash with the dashboard cleaning as part of it and guess what, they didn't even clean that! So the second time around was somewhat vacuumed but now there were finger prints on the glass and my windshield and mirrors were filthy couldn't even see out of it when the sun shined from a certain angle.. This is the absolute worst carwash I've ever been to. They are like car salesman wanting commission. My rear view mirror was knocked off then put back on the wrong way causing it to break.my car had numerous scratches from the brushes used they refused to accept blame and I payed $40 to have headlight lenses polished and 1week later they looked the same as before! I recently took advantage of there fantastic detail department and was more pleased with how great the interior and exterior looked they saved my car thanks to the detail manager great service
Spent $60.00 for their detail packages (2), a waste of money. Poor job on both the exterior and interior. When I talked to someone about it, they were not helpful, in fact they were rude. If you want a decent job, I suggest you try somewhere else.
I have been on your loyalty program since back when you first opened. I love your car wash a lot and get my truck washed at least twice a week. Everyone has been freindly and helpful in every way. I am writing today because I just have one complaint, can you get the guys that sell winshield repair to back off a little?
