Avoid this place at all cost. You can hear everything in all sides of the apartment. Whether a stomp from above, an opening drawer and a running faucet. The property manager Sophia Hunt is the worst and so unreliable. She’ll only reach out if she need something from you. The washer and dryers are constantly out of order and no reliable parking space.

2 washing machines to be shared among over 30 units because they won’t repair the two others that broke down months ago and the downstairs units are full of spiders.

I moved out last month and couldn't get away fast enough. The washer and dryers never work, they only have two for over 30 units and neither one go through a spin cycle so both are always broken. The property manager, Sophia, is impossible to get ahold of and is non-responsive from the day you move in. The maintenance and updates in the units are very poorly done. Caution! Be wary of this place. They may show you a beautifully renovated unit, but the one they offer might be rundown, with old finishes, different materials, and missing fixtures. Additionally, they won't refund your application fee after misleading you. Avoid this place at all costs.
