Fabulous customer service. Had some miscommunication on what I was looking for when I came in for a diagnostics. Went in and talked to them about my Frustrations. We both came to an understanding Along with a Resolution. Even with the miscommunication/Frustration, i am confident in bringing my vehicle to Octane garage for repair!

So very eventful trip left Indiana on 5/1 to pick up kiddo from air force base in Cheyenne ….on Monday 5/4 transmission started acting up as we left devils tower then drove 45 mph on interstate that was 80 mph till we got to Gillette where we dropped it off at Octane garage they replaced transmission. The owner drove us to get our rental van so we could finish our trip. Picked truck back up after they rushed to get it done and started on ride home Friday. Very thankful to the owner Will and his crew for saving our vacation.
