Vehicle was very throughly diagnosed, and issues throughly communicated (you will receive a written estimate to your phone where you will get to approve costs and repairs before they do the work). Impressed. Estimates on some things seemed somewhat high, to what I’m used to, but I didn’t compare with other shops, so can’t discuss an educated comparison on price for a particular service. My son and I were driving from Seattle to Nebraska and the alternator went out just west of Gillette. The shop got us in, diagnosed and back on the road in about 3.5 hours. They even stayed an extra hour past closing time. Great group of people!
HVAC and radiator replacement was accomplished as was explained.
Octane Garage is a good place to take your vehicle. They are meticulous, professional and fair and their customer service is excellent! I highly reccommend them!
