Most times everyone is friendly and nice but we all know we have days when we are having personal issues and sometimes that did spill over into their work place. This is in general for everyone at this place that I interfaced with. Now to give more detail about my surgeon Dr Flynn. Her end result for me turned out to be fantastic even though I felt a little left out of the loop on what was taking place or going on. So far my experience here has been positive despite the outcomes. Everyone I have met has been kind and helpful. I especially like Dr. Flynn as her manner upon meeting her made me feel at ease about my upcoming procedure. She was very informative but also didn't make me feel overwhelmed. I would recommend Dr Flynn and all of the staff at the Mary Kay Chapman Breast center .
I feel heard and am so very confident in my care and treatment. Dr. Flynn is brilliant and very professional.
