Extremely poor customer service. I was trying to understand their order and wasn't clear. So Rick Ivey said I pass and hung up on me. I called back to try and understand and explain and another person again refused service and hung up on me again. Try Master Halco or Western Fence for much better service.
Great place for Commercial Fence Supplies. Tim is my go to Salesman, the best. I have used this company for years and will continue to use them as my supplier.
Horrible customer service and incorrect measurements on merchandise they sell on line. I drove three hours to buy their knock off “unistrut”. The measurements were off and when I later asked to talk to a manager, the manager said “I don’t have to put up with your shit” and hung up on me.
