I don't recommend this practice. Went in for a preventative care visit but was billed for something more. Tried to resolve with the doctor's office stating that any conversation about anything else was not initiated by me. I know that extra conversations in preventative visits result in additional bills, so I am cautious to avoid talking about anything else unless I specifically want to talk about it. This review is not based on the doctors or PA's. This practice tends to hire the worst office staff imaginable. The office staff has refused to have the PA i see call me back i assume they didnt even tell her I called i feel like they have purposely deleted my profile from healow so I cant send messages now. I even offered to pay for a return call from my PA. Dr. Sultana Akhter is amazing! From start to finish, she provided exceptional care. She took the time to listen to every concern, carefully reviewed and adjusted my medications, and followed up thoroughly throughout the visit.
