Needed new tile in bedrooms. Came across Ocotillo flooring guy walking around waiting for business. Got it going and Installation Made Easy managed the work. There was no point of contact or manager on the project. Different non-english speaking people showing up almost every day. And the crew we talked with about how to transition the tile to our other flooring did NOT communicate anything we talked about to the next crew. They just started installing NOT the way we wanted it. Had to tear out the first 30% they started and ... read more
