I am writing this review because I had a choice to go with this company. We had to change some of the conditions of the contract after doing so I was told that I can make a payment on a certain date and then I was told that I had to make a payment on another date after I purchase an airline ticket to come from Chicago and takeoff of work with my mom having cancer to come out there while they do the floors they decided to tell me that I should go with another company . BACKGROUND: We went through Floor & Decor's "Installation Made Easy" program to contract with Ocotillo Flooring. It was very difficult to set up measuring appointments and, when we did, they had to come back three different times to take the measurements (the third time from the owner, Mitch, who finally got it right). We should have seen that as an omen. We had 2'X4' tiles installed, which are a common product at Floor & Decor.
