We recently hired Ocotillo Floor Services Tile Company to install a new tile plank floor and we were extremely happy with the entire process. The crew assigned to this project were experienced professionals who patiently made the time to answer all of our questions and they also kept us informed of the progress. The crew were very nice, respectful to us and our home and worked clean and neat. Their work was a beautiful example of how a floor should look. We were referred to Ocotillo Flooring by Floor & Décor. Working with Ocotillo was excellent. They were very responsive and everyone we encountered was great to work with, from Kyle in sales to Amy in scheduling to the installation crews. They were always on time and respectful of our property. The crew did an excellent job with the demolition and installed the new plumbing valves. One negative was with the hot water line. This company was just wonderful to work with! Our accessible bathroom remodel posed several challenges but they listened carefully to our needs and worked carefully through each one. All the different trades that made our dream possible were skilled and treated our home as they would their own from demo, to tiling, painting, plumbing and all the finishing touches! I met Ocotillo Flooring thru Floor and Decor where we purchased our products. Rene came out and he was very pleasant and provided an estimate which was reasonable. We opted to use them. The tile removal company that removed @ 600 sq. ft of existing tile amazing. Very little dust was left behind. The installer (only 1) was very nice but i would give him a B for installation, a B- for tile layout, and a C- for grouting. We remodeled our shower. Ocotillo was recommended by Floor & Decor. Amanda came to our house and quickly provided us with a labor quote along with a list for the materials needed to complete the job. This was a very easy process, and they did a professional job. Being able to purchase the materials and pay for the labor separately was very cost effective. Thank you!
