I have been attending Dr. Powell at Ocotillo Eyecare for over 7 years. I am so glad I found this location. Dr Powell is a wonderful Doctor. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and down to earth. He takes time with the patient and explains everything in an understandable and clear manner. Dr. Alsadi is also a wonderful Doctor. We had a really bad experience with Dr. Powell. He used to be the best. No matter, there are many optometrist in Arizona. He won't be in business long treating patients badly.
Dr. Timothy Powell of Ocotillo Eyecare in Chandler AZ just about blinded me. He gave me the wrong eye prescription. I took his prescription to two other optometrist. They were very surprised about his inept actions. Go ahead, take you chances!
Ocotillo Eyecare staff and doctors are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and timely. I would recommend them to family and friends.
By far the best! I got my eye exam and glasses a year ago. They have best selection and took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my choice of glasses. I got a piece of metal on my eye a few days ago, they fit me in right away the got it out! Dr. Powell is amazing! I will not go anywhere else! They have my business for life!
I love this place. I thought I was waiting forever because I am just impatient and have so much in my plate but I have to say I was there for my son and he had an eye exam, picked out glasses and all the time received fantastic customer service and was in-out in one hour!! Amazing. Every physician and staff member are absolutely amazing, courteous, and professional! Always feel like we have their undivided attention and very well cared for. Thanks!
