We had problems at Ocotillo Eyecare in Chandler, AZ, with a request regarding a pair of prescription glasses. We do not recommend them. They are unprofessional as well as inept.

In and out in two minutes, Dr. Powell was nice but rushed and not accessible. The worse part of this office is the staff. The optician made a big mistake with my prescription and just tried to laugh it off. No apology, no accommodation, just laughed and walked away. We are still shocked that they would do such a terrible thing. But, you better believe, we're letting "everyone" know about it. Our family found a much more professional office that cares. I have been attending Dr. Powell at Ocotillo Eyecare for over 7 years. I am so glad I found this location. Dr Powell is a wonderful Doctor. He is very knowledgeable, experienced and down to earth. He takes time with the patient and explains everything in an understandable and clear manner. Dr. Alsadi is also a wonderful Doctor. We had a really bad experience with Dr. Powell. He used to be the best. No matter, there are many optometrist in Arizona. He won't be in business long treating patients badly.
Dr. Timothy Powell of Ocotillo Eyecare in Chandler AZ just about blinded me. He gave me the wrong eye prescription. I took his prescription to two other optometrist. They were very surprised about his inept actions. Go ahead, take you chances!
