We had problems at Ocotillo Eyecare in Chandler, AZ, with a request regarding a pair of prescription glasses. We do not recommend them. They are unprofessional as well as inept.

Brought my grandma here for new glasses. She is 104! The doctor was awesome. Picked them up today. It was fast and she loved them! Thank you for taking such good care of her!!
Great and professional staff! They not only take care of my needs, but both my elderly parents our clients as well. Anyone who has an elderly parent understands how important it is to be compassionate and understanding to someone with dementia. This entire staff makes each customer feel important and taken care of. Thank you so much🥰

In and out in two minutes, Dr. Powell was nice but rushed and not accessible. The worse part of this office is the staff. The optician made a big mistake with my prescription and just tried to laugh it off. No apology, no accommodation, just laughed and walked away. We are still shocked that they would do such a terrible thing. But, you better believe, we're letting "everyone" know about it. Our family found a much more professional office that cares.
