RecommendedI'd like to leave a huge thank you to Samantha in the leasing office! After an incredibly long move to Austin from South Florida and being unfamiliar with the area in general, Samantha took the time to walk me through my options and help me decide whether or not Ocotillo might be the right fit for me. There was never any pressure, but I was greeted with patience and understanding. Thank you for making Ocotillo feel like and remind me of home.
Lack of caring from the management team. Very different from the team I signed on with. Just turned into another cash grab austin disgrace. Sad.
I almost never leave reviews. However, the transition to Price Management has been terrible. On top of the property being dirty, the communication from management excessive and riddled with errors and the gates constantly broken, I am now dealing with lack of follow-up. I have attempted for over three weeks to get a response to emails and calls concerning a 60-day notice I gave to the office. I came into the leasing office yesterday, searching for an apartment for my brother. I was greeted by Yolie. She showed me the community and it was amazing! The clubhouse and fitness center are amazing, my brother will be applying online today.
Management changed weeks after I moved in and has been atrocious to say the best. There are bugs everywhere yet we pay for pest control. The pool is often disgusting with no warning signs. Dealing with anything with the front office is a horrible experience that leaves you pondering why you’re paying so much for such a hard to get to Location. When I signed the lease the people in the office were awesome. They new management is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.
The New Ownership and management has been terrible. Pet trash cans are not being maintained, trash is all around the pool area and thrown in bushes around different buildings, the gym/pool areas have been closed down and its 100 degrees!! I have seen trash in the dog park (pieces of glass and rusty wires). The grills were out of order on memorial day weekend, and we had no power for days in the hallways and parking lots! They also havent been refilling the pet waste stations with bags or emptying any of the dog poop out!
Until recently Ocotillo Apartments has been one of the best communities to live around Austin. The New Ownership and management has been flat out terrible. Pet trash cans not being maintained, beer cans found all around the pool area and thrown in bushes around different buildings over the weekends, no access to the gym/pool areas.
