RecommendedMy first experience with Oconomowoc Vision was great, everyone one was so helpful, it was very thorough thank you Nicci for all the recommendations. The doctor was very helpful and explained everything in detail. I would highly recommend going there.
BUYER BEWARE! I was told when I purchased a whole year of contact lenses for my son that if ANY of the boxes were unopened and not expired I could return them. I went in to return them and because the boxes were marked L or R with a x on the box I was no longer allowed to return them. I was NEVER told this and now out a few hundred dollars. VERY disappointing and deceiving.

we took my 11 year old daughter in. the staff was very nice. there were some odd things going on with her sight. the Dr took 2+ hours with her at our initial appointment. he decided more testing was needed the following day. 1st, he took as long as he needed to be comfortable with her diagnosis. extremely kind, explained everything. 2nd, did bill us or insurance for 2nd day of tests. I loved them and their entire staff!
The people there are so helpful & nice have been going there for years.
