I am a commercial and residential customer and have been to O'Conners many times. I have several pieces of equipment from there and some that I have picked up here and there. regardless they have always answered any questions I have ever had fixed/ worked on and YES Stood behind everything they sold or did for me. I know some of you guys out there just abuse your tools and then just cry when noone fixes it for free. Well quit expecting a free ride and shut up!!!!!
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service. I paid $4k for a new mower 1 year ago and it has spent more time in their shop than on my lawn. This time it took them 3 weeks to just fix a broken belt. They are really good at selling you the mower, but if something breaks, good luck getting it fixed. It took them so long to fix it this last time(yes, it has been in their shop more than once in 1 year) I had to hire a lawn service to mow my lawn. They have a good attitude but the quality of their service work is poor. I've had my Stihl edger in there three times and it still won't run. I'm taking my edger and 5 other Stihl products somewhere else in the future.
Horrible Service - The only 2 customers in the store were myself and another unsatisfied customer. Both of our mowers were returned unrepaired. We were charged but the mowers weren't fixed. He was bringing his Farris back for the 3rd time. He bought it from O'Connors 4 years ago. I bought a new mower from another store. I looked a 2 smaller local stores that were recommended by satisfied customers. I met unsatisified former O'Connors customers in both stores.
