Only because there isn't anything lower than 1 star. SSLLLOOOOWWWWest service on the planet. Beats me how they keep winning the Okla. Gazette contest except I always found the Gazette to be worth exactly what they charge for it---nothing. Guess the only voters are their staff. Priority job? Preferred customer? That means it only takes 3 weeks to fix a broken belt rather than a month. You'd think they'd put on extra service people in the summer? Because not many of the things break in January? Ya think?
