O'Connors did everything in their power to redo the floors to almost my entire house before I moved in and they look absolutely gorgeous! My only minor gripe would be that they installed metal transition pieces instead of the more expensive matching ones I bought without asking me, but they didn't charge me for the metal ones and the logic behind why they did it makes sense and meant they were listening to me when I talked about future reno projects. Excellent job of laying tile flooring at our church. They are meticulous in the details ... from ordering to prepping the floor to the installation, everything went smoothly. We've used them before and will continue to do so in the future.
Tammi and George are great to work with. Don't have the floor installed yet but will review again after that.
