The 4th floor unit that deals with patients with TBI's in acute care, are all amazing! The medical team they have, have all been so kind, very pleasant, friendly & welcoming. Thank you for your services.
Hospital made us wait 2 hours for CAT scan but it was labeled as performed. After waiting 3 hours there were supposedly 11 people ahead of us. How can an emergency care leave someone for multiple hours?
These people made my brother fill out paper work while having a full blown heart attack. Could have cost him his life as the doctor told his if he would have waited a bit later he would have died .DO BETTER OConnor . He told him is wife was coming in as she dropped of in the front door to get seen Asap and they didn't care.
