I felt very safe in Dr. O' Connor's care. I definitely trust her. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Dr. O, Connor is a people person. I just love her!!!

Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was this provider's office too cold? Not at all, it was the perfect temperature Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this endocrinologist's office? Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep
