Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? Not at all, their cologne smelled great Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Did they follow up with you after your appointment? No. I still haven't talked to them. Did this endocrinologist answer all of your questions? Yes

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Was this endocrinologist friendly? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Only with clear directions

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Just ends up being expensive and the nurse can be mean, but the doctor is great. Also kind of far away because have to go up PCH for a while to get to it, so takes a while to get there.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
