I received quote from O’connor Brothers 07/31/2018, to refinish 153 sq ft. Made several attempts to reach them and only got voice mail that they would return call, and that never happened. Very disappointed, the time I waited for him to call back, could of gotten another quote elsewhere...poor customer service.
John O'Connor and his company have rescued me. Literally, rescued me. They did the most amazing job on my parent's house. They took 55 years of old discolored wood floors and brought them to life. I was shocked when I saw what he did. The house sold in three days. I honestly believe it was because of the beautiful wood floors. They really made the house look beautiful. The O'Connor Brothers just left us in a bad situation by postponing their work on our home for a second time in a week. Not only did they postpone but he hung up on us and told us to find someone else. We did nothing to provoke them except state that we were being put into a bad situation because new furniture and cleaned rugs were coming within 2 weeks as well as our own postponed vacation so we could accomodate them in to do the work.
