Absolutely the WORST customer service I've experienced in my adult life!!! The older woman service representative was immediately condescending and rude. Every request I made was followed by an unwarranted snarky reply. I managed to hold my composure even though she continuously made me feel unwelcomed and insignificant. But when I asked for a single flower to give to my daughter on valentine's, she abruptly turned and muttered "FOR GOD'S SAKE!". They always make the most beautiful items. Yesterday I stopped in for a tiny bouquet of roses for my 3 year old granddaughters first dance recital and they whipped up the cutest bouquet of pink miniature roses I had ever seen. She was delighted as was I.

We have asked for "ordinary" things and we have asked for "unordinary" things. We have always been pleased with what we got and the prices are MORE than reasonable! Family from out of town call them directly when they need to send flowers to someone in High Point. Great family owned business!
