I wish I could say something nice but one of their drivers backed into the front end of my car and then yelled at me for it. Proceeded to pull into the residential address and deliver oil while yelling at me that I drove into the back of his truck. I hope you guys get some drivers that are more aware of their surroundings because if I hadn't slammed on my brakes he could've done much worse than put a deep scratch on my front bumper.
No hot water after the boiler service, and I call them, they sent someone to check and replace the primary control. I don’t know what they have done because before the service, I have hot water working just fine. Now I have to paid for everything they have done.
Customer service is atrocious. Techs are worse. I’ve dealt with heating and cooling companies in multiple states as both a home owner and a renter. This company is one if the worst I’ve dealt with.
