The person who arrived to look at my issue said it was minor. He was able to get it functioning properly in just a few seconds. He didn't charge me for it because he told me that I'd soon need to replace the opener and advised me to just wait until it stopped working any more. I was really impressed with his concern and will definitely contact them whenever I have to replace it. A large company was looking for me to pay $50 just for showing up without doing any thing.

My technician was quick and efficient in assisting us after a storm damaged our old garage door opener. Could not be happier with the new opener, even though we weren't quite ready to purchase one just yet!
John was incredibly professional and friendly! He repaired the hinge that was damaged, replaced broken hinges and also fixed my opener button, all within less than an hour. Fantastic work. I will be calling again in the future if I need anything!
