I recently had a client with some unusual problems showing on a two year old roof that was installed by the builder, not OAR. Parker was quick get out to her house to take a look. After looking around the roof edge, he realized what was installed incorrectly, and got her roof all fixed up for a very reasonable price. Hello, good afternoon, I use this means to come and tell all people that the owner of the Parker company is a thief since he does not comply with the workers' payments and not to many people he has done it. I have a lot of evidence that he only gives you the jobs and then only invents lies to pay you
