I just wanted to take a second to and brag about this Home care agency. Very professional, very informative, they seem to really care about their patients and their families! We are very pleased, and would highly recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their loved ones at home.
This company has been a God send to my family and helping us keep my parents in their home. Everyone has been so helpful, and polite. The staff they send in to our parents home have been amazing! They treat our parents as if they were taking care of their own relatives. If someone is late we receive a call from the staff which is nice (we didn't get that when we were using our own people) If someone is out and a replacement is sent in we ALWAYS receive a call on who to expect. Terrible home health care business, from staff in the home to the office staff!!!! NO training what so ever of in home staff on cooking, cleaning or caring for the elderly & every time I called the office I had to wait before they actually said hello due to another conversation going on amongst other office staff , no one EVER stated their names including supervisors....just all the way around unprofessional. The list could go on & on but I think this gives the general picture!!!
