To Yoshiki and Naoko Sakane, owners of OCO TIME and IT’S TIME in downtown Ukiah, the OCO is a symbol of growing up in post W.W. II Japan. The OCO parlors were warm, friendly places and the OCO snack was yummy and cheap. Hiroshima had become a center for peace education and celebration. As children, Yoshiki and Naoko visited the Hiroshima Peace Park and were immersed in a peace curriculum at school. Did takeaway on 3/30/20 and got enough for 3 dinners. Or so I thought until I started eating...should have ordered a little more because it is looking more like two dinners and a light lunch now. If you have been there then you know how good everything is and can understand getting carried away!

We ordered dinner the other night from Oco Time. They were so friendly and courteous. The food was delivered quickly to our door. The order was perfect and was well packaged. The delivery girl was very nice. And the food....wow! Soooooo goooooood!! Their creative menu of sushi, ocos (if you don't know what these are, you have to try one) and many other items is always fresh and delicious. Somehow it tasted even better the other night. Thanks, Oco Time! We'll be ordering again soon!
