With all of the bad reviews on Dr. King, I am wondering why he would still be allowed to work at this Urgent Care with the public and treat his patients so poorly. I have never written a bad review before, but the encounter my brother had with him should not be ignored. My brother is an extremely kind, nonconfrontational person. I am not so quiet! RecommendedI needed a COVID test and a quick return of results. In and out quickly to get test done and had results the next day!! Staff was very professional, the girl at the front desk even remembered me from calling a few days earlier. The nurse who took care of me was polite and professional and all took great precautions for COVID. Thanks for great service.

3+ hour wait, no warning before signing in. One providee moving ultra slow. When asked about an estimated wait time after being in the room for over an hour, the answer was, "sorry maam, Im not a provider". Apparently being rude to patients is ok.

Five stars!! The entire staff is some of the most compassionate I’ve encountered in a very long time.
Dr king was extremely belittling and flat out rude. He misdiagnosed my 5 year old. I’ll gladly go sit in the ER before being seen by him again.
Staff and NP Ann was amazing!! My little 5 year old had a fishing hook stuck in his foot! They made him feel very much at ease and explained step, step to him what they were going to do. They were so fast, friendly and caring! So much better care their than TRMC ER! Would definitely recommend and for sure will return their if we ever need care again!! Thank you ladies so much for being so caring to Reid!! ❤️
Dr. King is terrible. He has very poor bedside manner. I haven't been back since he yelled the F word when he saw me walking in at almost closing time bc he thought I needed to be seen. I was just there to talk about an overcharge from a previous visit 😒
Very fast in and out, so friendly and polite, very understanding and knowledgeable. Would recommend this place to anyone. Excellent 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
